Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your Selene piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns Window We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Not personalised or custom-made

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@selene-jewellery.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to appear depending on your bank.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we'll resolve it as a priority — no return postage required on our end.

We don't currently offer exchanges, but you're welcome to return and place a new order.
